Research

Orthokeratology is a treatment which shows exciting potential with better outcomes for both children and adults with myopia. Current research has found Ortho-K to be an effective treatment option for slowing myopic progression in children and adolescents. We have achieved good results with our own patients, including correcting high myopia (up to -12.00), astigmatism (unevenly curved cornea), presbyopia, and hyperopia (long-sightedness) using Ortho-K lenses.
